ULEMCo was recognised in the 2026 Small Business Growth Awards, managed jointly by HSBC Commercial Banking and the Federation of Small Businesses. We received an Innovation Award for the North-West region after the judges were impressed with the company’s progress in converting vehicles to run on hydrogen dual-fuel, developing new hydrogen-based technologies and building the case for greater hydrogen infrastructure.
Collecting the award on behalf of the company, Amanda Lyne, MD, said “Our whole team has made tremendous efforts to develop and implement clean hydrogen-based solutions leading to lower emissions and cleaner air, especially in city areas.
“Hydrogen dual-fuel and our other clean technologies are making a real impact in transport on the road and on construction sites.”
